Dr. Brian Keith Roberts, DVM, DACVECC
Dr. Roberts is the regional medical director at VCA Animal Hospitals. He received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine from the University of Florida in 1996 and completed a rotating internship at The Animal Medical Center from 1996 to 1997. From there, he went on to a residency in emergency and critical care from 1999 to 2003. He spent five years at St. Matthews University School of Veterinary Medicine as a professor of small animal medicine. He is a member of the Georgia Veterinary Medicine Board, Veterinary Emergency and Critical Care Society, American College of Emergency and Critical Care. When he's not working, Dr. Roberts spends time with his family — which includes six cats — and on his hobby as a model railroader. He also trains first responders in CPR and first aid for rescued pets.
